Rights management made simple.

RightsHub protects the revenue behind every partnership — making sure each commercial right is delivered, evidenced and reported, so no obligation is missed and partners renew.

Protect the revenue behind every partnership.

Every commercial right delivered, evidenced and reported — so partners see their value and renew, season after season.

Where every partnership stands and how delivery is tracking month by month — the whole season at a glance, before a partner asks.

Deliver rights, without the spreadsheet

Turn every right into a clear, trackable workflow.

Move each contracted right from to-do to delivered on one board built for sports partnerships — log the evidence as you go and see exactly what each partner is still owed.

Simplify everyday rights tracking and tasks.

The admin between matchdays, handled — so the commercial team can spend its time on partners, not paperwork.

  • AI contract extraction

Upload an agreement, get a rights schedule.

RightsHub reads each partnership agreement and pulls out every promised right — appearances, hospitality, signage, digital — into a trackable schedule you review and confirm.

  • Automated reminders

    Catch under-delivery months before renewal.

Alerts when a partner falls behind or a deliverable is coming due, so problems surface in November — not in the renewal meeting in May.

  • Burn after reading

We keep the rights, not your contract.

Upload an agreement, confirm the rights it commits you to, and RightsHub extracts what you need to manage the delivery. The contract itself isn't retained — just the rights, commitments and delivery information you need to track them.

We needed something to help us manage our partnerships, but everything we looked at was either too complicated, too hard to set up, or too expensive. RightsHub finally let us drop the spreadsheet — without costing the earth.

Frequently asked questions

Who is RightsHub for?

RightsHub is built for organisations that sell commercial rights — including clubs, governing bodies, leagues and other rights holders. It works across football, rugby, cricket, motorsport and more, with the rights you track tailored to your sport.

How does AI contract analysis work?

Upload a partner agreement and RightsHub identifies the rights and commitments in the contract, turning them into a trackable schedule. You review and confirm everything before it is saved.

Do you store commercial contracts?

No. RightsHub has a burn-after-reading approach to commercial contracts. When you upload an agreement for AI analysis, it is processed to identify the rights and commitments you need to track, but the contract itself isn't retained as part of our long-term data store. The extracted rights are what remain in RightsHub, giving you the information you need to manage delivery without keeping a copy of the underlying commercial agreement.

Can I import existing partners?

Yes. Add partners and their rights directly, or upload existing agreements and let RightsHub extract the details for you. Most organisations can get set up within an hour, even part-way through a season.

Do you handle multi-year deals?

Yes. Enter the deal once with its full term and RightsHub creates the rights for each season covered by the agreement. You can then track delivery year by year without having to re-enter the same information.

Can we switch to RightsHub mid-season?

Absolutely. You can add deliveries that have already happened and record them against the dates they took place, giving you a complete season-to-date record from the moment you get started.

Do fixtures come in automatically?

For football and rugby, RightsHub can connect to your league feed during setup, so fixtures automatically appear in your season calendar. Other sports can add fixtures manually. Deliveries can then be linked to the fixture or event they relate to.

Can multiple team members use RightsHub?

Yes. Admins manage settings and team access, commercial staff manage partners and log deliveries, and viewers can access information without making changes. Everyone works from the same up-to-date record.

Is there a free trial?

Rather than offering a generic self-serve trial, we onboard every organisation personally. Request a demo and we'll set up RightsHub around your own requirements and partners, so you can see how it works with your real-world use case.

How do the partner reports work?

Generate a report at any point during the season. RightsHub's AI creates the narrative — covering what was delivered, any additional value beyond the contract and what's coming next. You can review and edit the report before sharing it with the partner.

How do renewals get easier?

Every delivery is recorded as the season progresses, with evidence where needed, and alerts can flag when a partner is falling behind. When renewal time comes, you have a clear record of what was delivered and the value created — rather than relying on memory.

Where is our data held?

Your data is securely stored in the EU, with encryption in transit and at rest, and each customer's data is kept separate. We use trusted technology providers for services such as hosting, AI-powered contract analysis and error monitoring, and appropriate safeguards are in place where data is processed outside the EU.

Your data is never used to train AI models. You remain in control of your data, and our Privacy Policy and DPA provide the full details on how it is stored, processed and protected.
